Shipping & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

  • Orders will be shipped within 48-72 hrs of processing, except weekends and holidays. (This does not include custom orders as they can take up to 4 weeks for delivery)
  • All packages will be delivered to the address you enter online or the address we have on file from a previous order. Erimish is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that are incorrectly entered when you order online. Please ensure your address is correct, as additional shipping charges may be applied if an order needs to reship.
  • If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to Erimish the customer is responsible for charges incurred to resend the package. 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped. Erimish is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses. Please double check your email address.
  • Erimish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Erimish.
  • If you want to add additional items to a previous order, you have until 2:00 pm CST the SAME DAY to place the additional order. You MUST put in the ‘notes’ section of the checkout page, your previous order number that you want to combine, to ensure secondary shipping refunds. Any order placed past 2:00 pm CST, can not be guaranteed to be combined.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & DAMAGES

  • Erimish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Erimish.
  • If your piece arrives damaged, please contact Erimish at retail@erimish.com, within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged item.
  • Damaged or missing items: Erimish offers refunds or replacements on all damaged or missing product within 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to retail@erimish.com Please include the order number in the subject line.  **Any product under $9 will not be exchanged, only refunded back to original form of payment. 
  • Erimish gladly accepts returns for unworn product in its original packaging within 10 business days of purchase. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORMS OF PAYMENT.
    ***Customer pays all shipping cost. ** Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. **Custom products are unable to be exchanged. ** Store credit is sent via email to the email address we have on file from your purchase. 
  • Watch Bands Damages: Erimish will exchange or refund any damaged watch band within 30 days of purchase. **This includes string, snap, or connector issues only.  Erimish is not responsible for any damage to watch.
  • All jewelry sales are final. Pre-Order and custom items cannot be cancelled. 
  • Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
